    The Role
    Our Client, a Top Six Dublin law firm, is seeking to recruit a solicitor to join its Commercial Property Department to advise both domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers across the full range of commercial property transactions.

    The Requirements

    The successful candidate will have experience in the following:-

    • Investment Sales & Acquisitions
    • Loan Portfolio Transfers
    • Real Estate Funds
    • Lease Transactions

    Remuneration
