Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented junior solicitor to develop their career in a friendly and supportive environment dealing with high calibre transactions.
Working with a small team you will be advising a broad base of clients on a range of corporate finance transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and equity capital markets. Our client also advises on establishing and reorganising companies and businesses, public and private securities issues, commercial agreements and associated regulatory issues.
