    Our Client
    Our Client, a dynamic business law firm, is seeking to recruit a solicitor to join its busy Property Team acting for commercial clients based in Ireland and internationally.

    The Requirements
    Reporting to the Head of the Property Team the position will involve a broad range of responsibilities including:-

    Drafting of Licenses/Leases/Transfer Agreements
    Drafting Notices/Landlord & Tenant
    Commercial Leases/Drafting/Amending

    The successful candidate will be a highly motivated solicitor with a willingness to take on ad-hoc property related work as and when required.
