Description: The Role This prominent mid-sized Dublin firm is seeking a strong solicitor to join its Tax department. You will work closely with the corporate, dispute resolution and commercial property departments to provide planning and advisory services on the tax aspects of clients' transactions. The Requirements The successful candidate will be a tax specialist with at least three years' experience in tax planning and the tax aspects of transactions. You will also have experience in corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty, value added tax and insurance premium tax.
