Description: The Role A vacancy has arisen for a professional support lawyer to undertake a PSL function for our client's Corporate group. The role will include: creating and maintaining precedents; assisting in training and research; and ensuring that the corporate lawyers have up-to-date knowledge of developments in law, practice and commercial activity in a range of sectors. The Requirements The successful candidate will be an Irish or UK qualified lawyers with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, which will include experience of handling corporate/M&A transactions/public company work.
