Description: The Role You will be responsible for, inter-alia the following:- To develop, manage and implement strategy from a legal business perspective designed to maximise professional services to clients and commercial benefit to the firm. To deveop the litigation services of the firm both with current clients and new clients. To maintain the firm's reputation for quality by providing the highest standards of client care and service. The Requirements You will be qualiifed to practise in Ireland, the successful candidate will have gained excellent post qualification Commercial Litigation experience in private practice. You will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of practice and procedure coupled with significant exposure to High Court work (including the Commercial Jurisdiction). Experience in realisation of securities and/or insolvency would be an advantage. Our Client A niche practice based in Dublin, the firm has a strong background in Banking and Commercial Law. Remuneration Commensurate with ability and experience, ndicative starting salary circa 75,000.00 with a result-related bonus package.
