Description: The Role Banking lawyer to work with a small dedicated team with a well established client base. You will be dealing with a range of transactions including acquisition finance, re-structuring and NAMA work for a number of clearing banks. The Requirements The successful candidate will have experience of acting for both lenders and borrowers and be familiar with facility letters, negotiations, taking security, and security review (ideally with syndicated lending experience).
