The Role
Our client is currently recruiting for a Knowledge Director, to lead the ongoing implementation of the Firm's internal knowledge management and professional development strategy. You will be responsible for:
- Heading up the Knowledge Department and managing its dedicated staff
- Developing systems and procedures to harness the first class knowledge and expertise of the Firm's staff
- The Firm's know-how and precedents systems
- The Firm's Professional Development programme
- Co-ordination of projects within the Firm's Enterprise Content Management initiative
- Ensuring that knowledge initiatives are aligned with The Firm's business development strategy
- Working closely with partners and solicitors on knowledge initiatives to support their practice areas
- Developing innovative knowledge solutions to ensure efficiency of service and best quality client advice
- Taking a pro-active role in deploying knowledge initiatives to new areas of business as part of the Knowledge and Business Team.
