The Role
Partner - Professional Negligence Our client is a niche law firm specialising in professional negligence,
The successful candidate/s will have significant experience in the defence of
professional negligence claims, in particular those involving solicitors and/or
construction professionals. Expertise in general contentious and non-contentious
construction would be useful as would experience of insurance coverage disputes.
Exposure to claims against accountants and financial institutions would also be
advantageous.
