In-house Counsel, Banking/ Financial Services - IHNB0005Location: DublinStatus: Permanent Job Number: Ref. IHNB0005 Salary: €Market Rate Level of Qualification: 3-4 years pqe Description: Our client is the Dublin-based affiliate of a major closed-end private equity limited partnership, whose investors include corporate and public pension funds, university endowments, foundations, bank holding companies, family trusts and insurance companies. They are seeking an experienced solicitor with at least 7 years legal experience (large law firm and/ or in-house experience in a similarly situated position) with particular emphasis on acquisitions, financings, and general corporate and partnership experience to join the in-house legal team. You must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, be comfortable working on many matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and be available to travel as requested. The salary and compensation package will be competitive, dependent on your background and experience.
