Description: The Role The Irish division of this highly regarded international payment processing company seeks a Legal Advisor to join the legal team, responsible for Europe the Middle East and Africa. This position will support the region's business including card processing, merchant acquiring, ATM activities and related activities. Main responsibilities include negotiation and drafting of various agreements with customers, partners and suppliers for EMEA businesses; primarily card processing agreements, agreements with merchants, licensing agreements and technology purchase agreements. The Requirements You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' commercial/ transactional experience in a multinational or major law firm. You will have extensive experience in working with international companies, negotiating IT procurement contracts, outsourcing agreements with customers and knowledge of credit and debit card processing for both merchant and bank clients. Fluency in at least one other major language spoken in the EMEA region will be advantageous. Our Client Our client is a major international payments processing company. This position is based in the Dublin offices although there will be frequent opportunities for travel within Europe and occasionally to the United States.
