Our client is seeking a senior commercial lawyer to work at Group Headquarters reporting to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters primarily of a commercial nature. You will provide input to the most senior management team in the business and will be expected to help guide the decision making process at executive level.
Previous exposure to running or working in an in-house legal function at a senior level is essential.

Our client is a major player in the tobacco industry and requires a senior lawyer to advise the Irish market on all legal matters affecting the business. The aim is to achieve corporate and commercial objectives in a manner that ensures compliance with the law and appropriate monitoring and management of legal risk.
The role requires a highly motivated and experienced lawyer with at least 5+ years pqe who will manage the legal work and interact closely with the senior management in the market. As such, the successful applicant will become a member of the Irish Executive Committee, which is the decision making body headed by the Irish Managing Director and is responsible for all aspects of the Irish business.
An excellent salary and benefits package will apply.
The role will involve travel within Ireland and may involve other travel, including to the UK and Geneva.

A major player in the Telecoms industry is looking for bright solicitors with outgoing personalities to work with its international sales team focusing on opening up new markets. The company is the largest international distributor of mobile phone top up online and also offers services from over 80,000 retail locations in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Working with Distributors and/or Operators, the roles which our client is seeking to fill are sales driven and require a good understanding of commercial contracts coupled with strong negotiation skills.
Fluency in either Spanish, French or Italian is an essential pre-requisite and candidates must be prepared to travel frequently and at short notice.
The positions would be best suited to a newly qualified solicitor or barrister
Salaries including bonuses will initially range from €30-36k p.a.
