The Role
The successful candidate will be working with a highly skilled, experienced and solution-focused team which brings a practical approach to commercial issues and provides strategic advice in the following areas:

• Competition / Anti-trust Law


• Merger Control


• Public Procurement


• State Aid


• EU Law


• Sectoral Regulation

The Candidate
You will be a Solicitor or Barrister qualified to practise in the Republic of Ireland with a minimum of 3 years experience in EU Competition Law, gained either in private practice or in-house.

This is a client facing role which requires a hard working and committed "Team Player". You will be expected to demonstrate a mature attitude coupled with the confidence and ability to work without undue supervision whilst demonstrating strong commercial judgment.
