Description: The Role This highly regarded Dublin law firm seeks to recruit an additional corporate lawyer with at least 2 years' pqe. The team advises on a range of matters including: mergers and acquisitions; private equity; capital markets; corporate governance and asset management and also works closely with the firm's other departments when dealing with intricate transaction assignments. You will deal primarily with M&A matters. The Requirements The successful candidate will have first-rate academics and have gained experience within a well-respected law firm.
