Description: The Role This top flight law firm seeks an associate-level solicitor to join the Corporate team. The transactions the practice work on span the corporate and commercial spectrum - from M&A, flotations and venture capital to e-commerce. You can expect to be acting for many listed plcs, multinationals and private companies across a broad range of other sectors. The Requirements The ideal candidate will have excellent academics coupled with confidence and the ability to deal with a demanding workload. You will have at least 2 yrs. experience gained at a large or medium-sized firm. Our Client This first-class law firm is based in Dublin's city centre.
