The Role
This top-ranked Dublin-based law firm is seeking an experienced corporate finance practitioner with c. 3 -5 years pqe  to join the team. The position will also involve general corporate advisory work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy outs, reverse takeovers and debt and equity financings as well as advising on flotations and fundraisings.

The Requirements

You will have solid experience in general corporate/ commercial work including a number of the areas mentioned above. You will come from a well respected firm and have experience of leading deals and working independently.
