- Negotiation with producers and co-financiers and contracting of BSE/IFB's commitment to selected feature films, TV drama, animation, special purpose funding, documentaries and any other Board initiatives as directed by Head of Business Affairs("HoBF")
- Achieving best outcomes for the Board (within agreed parameters) and working closely with external lawyers.
- Providing financial and legal advice across the Board as required.
- Working with other members of the Unit to ensure the proper maintenance of all Unit files and administration including but not limited to, reporting, generation of deal sheet information for projects, deal memos and spreadsheet summaries.
- Maintaining files for all projects for which the Legal and Business Affairs Executive has responsibility.

Requirements
- Law degree from a well regarded Irish University, or equivalent degree from an accredited school of law in another country.
- Qualified to practise law in Ireland or another common-law jurisdiction for a minimum of 3 years; qualification to practise law in the Netherlands an advantage.
- Exemplary oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Approachability and experience in dealing directly with business clients at all levels, whether gained in-house or in commercial private practice.
- Experience in working with multi-national companies.
- Desire and ability to learn and understand the core businesses of First Data.

- Fluency in Dutch or other European language an advantage
Location & Travel
The appointee will be based in Dublin, Ireland. There may be frequent requirement to travel within Europe and occasionally to the United States.
Compensation
