Description: The Role This top 5 firm is seeking a solicitor to join its Construction Department. You will be dealing with a high quality caseload including regeneration and development work and specifics will include drafting development agreements, building contracts, facilities management contracts and ancillary documentation. The Requirements You will have at least 2 years' pqe as a solicitor, preferably with strong exposure to construction. You should have excellent academics and have had the benefit of training in a well-respected property firm or niche practice. You should also have strong commercial awareness.
