The Role
To meet an increasing flow of work, our client is keen to recruit an additional Solicitor to work along side the Partner on all aspects of construction law. Clients are from a range of sectors including property, banking, power, retail, leisure and institutional. You will act for developers, employers, banks, contractors and construction professionals in negotiating and drafting building and engineering contracts, terms of professional appointments, collateral warranties, guarantees and all ancillary documents. The work generally has a non-contentious bias.
The Requirements
This presents as an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 years+ PQE seeking to undertake a broad range of Construction work within a supportive friendly team. You should have a genuine interest in the construction industry and experience in drafting, negotiating and advising upon the full range of construction contracts, services, agreements, professional appointments, warranties, bond and guarantees and related funding and property related documentation
