Description: The Role Our client, a highly-respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join the busy Company Secretarial Department. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Head of Department through areas including Subsidiary Company Statutory Compliance, Insurance and Risk Management, Share Scheme Administration and Compliance issues. The Requirements You will be a top-class Company Secretary with at least 3 years' experience in the areas mentioned above. You will be ICSA-qualified.
