Description: The Role This front-ranking practice is seeking a high calibre banking solicitor. You will be dealing with a varied workload as part of a large team. You will be involved in an extensive range of transactions for a wide variety of clients, both domestic and international banks, financial institutions and major corporates. The Requirements You should have at least 1 year's pqe in banking, securitisation, structured finance, asset finance or corporate banking work, as well as first class academics. Ambitious, newly qualified solicitors with a strong interest, and some experience, in this area would also be considered.
