Description: The Role An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join the Financial Services department of this well-regarded law firm. You will deal with a broad range of work, including asset finance, aviation, shipping, ticket leasing, funds, debt listing, securitisation and structured finance. The Requirements You will have at least 3 years' pqe gained at a well-respected firm. Ideal candidates may currently be specialist financial services advisory lawyers or coming from a corporate/M&A/insolvency background and looking for a change of direction and a new challenge.
