Description: The Role This top 5 firm is seeking ambitious paralegals to join its Banking department. You will provide support to the solicitors in the department as part of a close-working team. Specific responsibilities will include: - Legal and non-legal research; - Drafting company Board Minutes and other compliance documentation; - Company incorporation; - Document management; - Assisting in due diligence exercises; - Document legalisation; - Assisting with transaction completion activities The Requirements You will have a creative, problem-solving approach. You should be able to use your initiative in addition to being a strong team player. Previous exposure to an investment portfolio environment or advising clients in the banking sector would be an advantage.
