Banking Solicitor – PP0129Location: DublinStatus: Permanent Job Number: PP0129 Salary: €Competitive Level of Qualification: 1-2 yrs pqe Description: A highly successful firm with a strong client base is seeking a Banking solicitor. Ideally you will have been exposed to general conveyancing matters and property finance transactions, drafting facility letters and security documentation. You will initially be servicing a significant client on Certificate of Title cases (including Pension Mortgages) but in the longer term will deal with other banks regarding property related transactions, both Certificate of Title and full investigations of title. .
